25 Extruder Introduction:
1) The feeding motor is an AC motor, with a main feeding motor power of 0.18KW. 2) The speed control system adopts a Fuji frequency converter for speed regulation. 3) The screw is a double headed screw, and the speed ratio of the gearbox is 11:1. 4) The motor and reducer are directly connected, and the feeding body is equipped with a horizontal mixer, ensuring smooth feeding without bridging. 1) Reduction ratio: 2.5:1; 2) Output shaft speed: MAX600RPM3) Input shaft speed: MAX1500RPM; 4) The deceleration and torque distribution parts of the main transmission box are integrated, adopting a parallel three-axis design with a compact structure.
